We concentrate on affordable housing and community development. Particular areas of focus include housing financed with federally related programs; and guidance regarding the requirements of DC and federal law applicable to housing for people and households of low and moderate income. Client relationships include owners/landlords, tenants and tenant groups, developers, lenders and investors.
